Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at support@zr-tools.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: No. 1682, Hanggang Road, Shuangliu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China (Postal Code: 610000).
If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it properly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, the fastest method is to return the item you currently have; once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days. As with our standard policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method, typically within 10–30 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 31 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@zr-tools.com.
